Two things:
1. Car is very sensitive to aero changes. So if you have superhuman reflexes, you might take a round out of the rear wing (big benefit on a track with straights as long as Spa's...if you can handle it).
2. These tires degrade quickly. Even the Medium is pretty well shot after six laps. Again, if you have preternaturally quick reflexes (quick enough to catch a slide that never should have happened), you might want to go a step softer. Otherwise...
